Sodexo has joined the people's movement to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our country's Constitution, supporting the campaign in our current Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and as it travels the length and breadth of the country.

The Recognise campaign is working to have the Constitution amended to acknowledge the first Australians and to see the removal of racial discrimination.

Team Sodexo has helped Recognise campaigners reach communities and townships across Western Australia and is now planning support for the Far North Queensland and Cape York leg, as part of the Journey to Recognition’s epic relay across the country to build community support.

The Journey to Recognition has been on the road for 156 days, spending time in 130 communities and engaging more than 10,500 people since launching in May 2013. Sodexo has supported by providing vehicles, petrol and accommodation.
