Sodexo's Generations Workstream is dedicated to supporting and enhancing our multi-generational workforce. In 1950, one in twelve people in the world were over 60. By 2050 the figure will be one in five. As of 2025 we will see a five-generation workforce, encouraging seamless collaborations with our employees and clients to have the best working conditions for all ages.
