Queensland Resources Council Awards

Sodexo was recognised for their long-term commitment to employing, training and mentoring Indigenous Australians and those facing other barriers to employment. Sodexo’s 'Breaking the Barriers to Belonging' program increased the proportion of Indigenous employees in their far north Queensland workforce from 12 percent to almost 40 percent.
