Increasing women representation

Michel Landel has committed that Sodexo will reach 25% of women in our Top 300 population by 2015.

Sodexo launched its Sodexo Women’s International Forum for Talent (SWIFt) in 2009. Comprising 25 senior managers from 14 different nationalities and all areas of the organization, its objective is to improve gender balance throughout the entire Group.

International Women's Day: women share personal accounts about Quality of life

Each year on March 8, Sodexo celebrates International Women's Day. This day provides the opportunity to highlight the past, current and future achievements of women at Sodexo.

In 2013, 11 women from seven different countries share their views on Quality of Life in their environment. Combining professional engagement and personal beliefs, these accounts focus on an issue that is essential to societal progress.
