Regular feedback and tasting sessions
We regularly gain feedback from our clients about our services to ensure their changing expectations are met. By doing so, Sodexo can continuously improve customer service programs and ensure staff are operating to the highest standards and expectations.
Tasting sessions for our food services enable our clients to have a say in their daily Sodexo experience. Innovative food menus and new food items are trialled before they are implemented at clients' sites to ensure they meet the needs and preferances of the people who will be eating them.
Dietitian on-site program
The dietitian on-site program allows our clients' staff to receive first-hand advice from our team of dietitians on how to maintain overall wellbeing through diet and exercise. Our dietitians work on an individual and group basis to ensure advice can be tailored to specific requirements.
