Security Priorities: ensuring, via Management Liaison Visits, that your security priorities are catered for. During each visit we undertake a consultative process to review, update and lock in Assignment Instructions that are appropriate and effective.
Quality: committing to a continual and consistent quality of service. This is achieved through continual performance review of each security officer. Sodexo will also develop site-specific procedures in conjunction with site management for items such as:
- Emergency procedures
- Fire
- Chemical spill
- Major workplace accident
- Terrorism
- Bomb warning procedure
- Major disturbances.
