Currently, a Sodexo team is dedicated to a valued client in the banking industry, where Client Services manages reception, conference and catering operations at head offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Services include reception, courier management, room booking and utilisation, VIP visitor management, security pass control, customer service and systems training. We manage over 30 conference facilities including audio-visual, training rooms and external client meeting facilities, liaising closely with physical security services whilst concentrating on the emotional security a positive experience can provide.
