A comprehensive food safety program - perform, measure, improve

The Sodexo Food Safety Program covers all issues related to food safety and associated legal requirements including:
- The provision of a hygienic workplace
- The provision and use of equipment, utensils and substances 
- The assessment and practice of food preparation using the seven steps of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system 
- Compliance and verification procedures.

In addition to our Food Safety Program, Sodexo undertakes rigorous and ongoing monitoring, auditing, measurement and review to ensure the continual improvement and success of food safety management in our business... and yours.
