Safety, quality and care for the environment are essential to our daily duties. Sodexo Australia's dedicated Safety, Environment and Quality (SEQ) team ensures this by supporting each of our on-site operations via key functions:

Provide SEQ support, information and advice to our in-field teams and assisting with the accreditation process for our many sites
Conducting audits at every site to ensure safety (OH&S and Food) compliance and performance, and to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness
Collating incident reports, monitoring the investigation and reporting of all workplace accidents, incidents or “near misses”
Coordinating on-site meetings, toolbox talks and OH&S committees
In addition, we have a comprehensive food safety program which covers all issues related to food safety and associated legal requirements, based on the seven steps of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. This includes:

Best practice procedures in all food services to minimise risks in all operations
Adequate provision of information, training, instruction and supervision for all employees
Management systems that comply with the national and state food safety standards
Management commitment, demonstrated by owning responsibility and investing in appropriate physical and financial resources.
